Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product

The Cosmic Love Blueprint is a digital product (PDF report) delivered via email. Since the product is personalized and crafted specifically for you based on your quiz responses and birth data, it cannot be resold or transferred.

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your report for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:

• You contact us via email with your order details.
• You provide a brief reason for the refund request.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Cancellation

Since this is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is nothing to cancel. Once payment is made, your report will be crafted and delivered within 12 hours.

If you wish to cancel before your report is delivered, contact us immediately. If work on your report has not yet begun, we will issue a full refund.

4. Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your report within 12 hours of payment, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us and we will resend it or issue a full refund.
